The ocean hums a lullaby, Beneath the moon's watchful eye. Waves like fingers, soft and slow, Trace the shore with tidal flow. Salt and mist upon my face, Time dissolves without a trace. The sea remembers, I believe, All the hearts she's made to grieve.

Midnight thoughts like fireflies glow, Flickering bright then fading low. Ideas dance in shadowed halls, Echoing against mind's walls. What was clear in daylight's gaze, Now dissolves in twilight's haze. Yet in this dark, my soul takes flight, Painting dreams with strokes of night.
